I was about to close all Internet Explorers, when suddenly this weird thought (or question) just popped up in my mind.

If (all) men or most men are assumed to "always wants it, always able to do it" when it comes to having sex, and (all) women or most women are considered as "not always wants it, not always able to do it", so, is it unfair to men if having sex is just done whenever the couple reaches certain days when the woman "wants it, able to do it"? Which obviously, would NOT be every day or every moment the man wants it?
